Yellow Chinese Famille Rose Open Medallion Pot with Patterns of Landscape

Qing Dynasty (QIANLONG PERIOD)
It is 26cm tall with a 6.5cm mouth diameter and 7cm base diameter.
The pot is square and has a curved handle, long stream, square base which leans outward, table-shaped square lid that bulges and a pearl handle.
The pot is yellow-ground while the surface of the lid is green-ground an decorated with three layers of banana leaves print. The inside is white-glazed and the outer mouth is painted with a ring of geometric patterns. There are the open medallions on the belly of the landscape and attic painting which is on the back. There are also peony and plum blossom painting on the two sides of the pot.
One piece of Qianlong’s poetry was written in the blank space with the stamp of “Qianlong” and Chenhan” stamped in red.

 

 

粉彩黄地开光山水人物图茶壶

清乾隆。
高 26 厘米，口径 6.5 厘米，足径 7 厘米。
壶方形，曲柄，长流，方足外撇，方形隆起台形盖，宝珠钮。
通体黄地粉彩装饰，盖面绿地垂三层变形蕉叶纹。内施白釉，外口沿绘几何纹一周，腹部开光，正背两面开光内绘山水楼阁图；两侧开光内分别绘牡丹图，梅花图，空白处墨彩隶书乾隆御制诗，诗后盖“乾隆”“宸
翰”红彩印章。
